I thought that by commercial use, it means that businesses can't use them, only individuals who are eligible. So you can't make money with the programs for your company, but you can do it for yourself. I'm not sure if that's totally correct, but that's how I interpreted it. Hmm, well that could be an issue. Meaning it's supposed to be used for 'learning purposes' and not to be used to make money. If that was possible businesses would just buy the student versions right? I would say making a game and getting it sponsored would be considered commercial though I doubt you'd get your door kicked in and hauled off to jail if you did.
