What Writing Tutorials Has Done for Me<\/h3>\n

Writing my tutorials<\/a> has been a great experience for me. Not only are they useful to many beginners at flash, but they’ve taught me a lot as well. Before writing some of my tutorials and articles, I did not practice some of the tips I’ve told others to do. Upon writing my tips down, however, I realized that I was being somewhat hypocritical. Afterwards, it all changed. I corrected many of my mistakes and all was well.

\nWriting tutorials has also given me some inspiration for my future games. I remember after creating my brick breaker tutorial<\/a>, I thought up of a brilliant new game that I could create after my current project. But then, sadly, I realized that a game like it had already been created. But, that does not change the fact that I became deeply inspired.<\/p>\n

What Writing Tutorials Can Do For You<\/h3>\n

Maybe you aren’t like me and you don’t learn by writing your ideas down. That doesn’t mean that writing tutorials won’t help you at all. While I was making my tutorials, I actually discovered some new ways to accomplish something while I was experimenting some ways to teach the subject. One of those discoveries was using some custom AS2 syntax in the brick breaker tutorial.<\/p>\n

Writing tutorials also sometimes requires some research. Because this doesn’t come straight from your head, you definitely have the chance of learning something new. You wouldn’t need to do research if you didn’t need to learn, would you? That’s what I thought.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
