Hey guys. In this tutorial, to celebrate the announcement of Adobe’s CS4 suite, I’ll show you guys how to buy programs from Adobe’s new CS4 Suite much cheaper than what you’d get from Adobe itself (and legally too). You can also buy many other programs for much less than you would get if you’re eligible. The site is Academic Superstore.
Academic Superstore

Academic Superstore is a great place to find any kind of program for an amazingly cheap price (up to 80% off). It’s the place where I bought my Creative Suite 3 Design Premium for about $1000 less than it would have been from the Adobe site. That is quite a deal, isn’t it? But, there is one catch. You need to be eligible for the savings. Don’t worry, it’s very easy to be eligible.

Here is the site’s page about eligibility for savings. In order to be eligible, all you have to be is either a student, the parent of a student, or a teacher. The eligibility requirements are different for different products. I’m a student, so that’s how I got my savings.

So, why don’t you go now and pre-order Adobe CS4 now?

There is a catch with Academic Software that it can’t be used for commercial use. Meaning it’s supposed to be used for ‘learning purposes’ and not to be used to make money. If that was possible businesses would just buy the student versions right?

I would say making a game and getting it sponsored would be considered commercial though I doubt you’d get your door kicked in and hauled off to jail if you did.

Mr Sun:

Hmm, well that could be an issue. I thought that by commercial use, it means that businesses can’t use them, only individuals who are eligible.

So you can’t make money with the programs for your company, but you can do it for yourself. I’m not sure if that’s totally correct, but that’s how I interpreted it.

Michael:

I purchased Adobe CS4 Creative Suite Master Collection from the Adobe Site Itself, And I spent $2,499 US. No Joke, Here’s the link saying the price:http://www.adobe.com/products/creativesuite/mastercollection/

Oh And Mr Sun, would you be able to make a video explaining how to make a quick little game, with the arrow keys. I have no Idea what im doing with this program.

Patoopop007:
